🏛️ Arunachal Pradesh State Government Schemes
मुख्यमंत्री तत्काल चिकित्सा सहायता योजना अरुणाचल 2026 — BPL मरीजों को ₹1 लाख तक | Tatkal Chikitsa Sahayata Yojana
The Mukhyamantri Tatkal Chikitsa Sahayata Yojana is run by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, to act as a financial cushion when a poor family faces a sudden medical crisis. It offers up to ₹1 lakh towards the cost of treating life-threatening conditions such as cancer, cardiac disease, kidney failure, severe trauma and other emergencies that need urgent hospitalization. Eligible BPL patients can be treated at government facilities, empanelled private hospitals inside the state, or at referral hospitals outside Arunachal Pradesh when specialist care is unavailable locally. Once the Chief Medical Officer verifies the illness, the sanctioned amount is released through DBT to the patient's Aadhaar-linked bank account or paid directly to the treating hospital, often within 24 to 48 hours.
अरुणाचल प्रदेश CM छात्रवृत्ति 2026 — जनजातीय छात्रों को ₹15,000/वर्ष | AP CM Scholarship Tribal
The Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Scholarship is an education-support initiative of the Education Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, aimed at keeping Scheduled Tribe students in school through the secondary and higher secondary years. It pays ₹15,000 per year to ST students enrolled in Class 9 to Class 12 at government and recognized schools across the state, helping families meet the cost of fees, books, uniforms and other study expenses. By easing this financial pressure, the scheme works to cut the dropout rate among tribal youth and encourage them to complete schooling. Applications are processed through the National Scholarship Portal, and after the school and District Education Office verify the student's marks and certificates, the amount is credited via DBT straight into the student's Aadhaar-linked bank account, usually in two installments during the year.

The scheme covers over 300 medical procedures including cardiac surgery, cancer treatment, dialysis, neurosurgery, burns, polytrauma, and neonatal care at empanelled hospitals in Arunachal and across India. CMAAY cards are issued to all Arunachal indigenous communities (APST certificate holders) and residents.

Over 60,000 beneficiaries across 25 districts receive pensions via DBT. The Social Welfare Department coordinates with Panchayati Raj institutions for beneficiary identification in remote areas.

Arunachal Pradesh Agriculture Input Subsidy & PMFBY 2026 — 50% Subsidy + Crop Insurance for APST Farmers
Arunachal Pradesh Agriculture Department provides 50% subsidy on certified seeds, bio-fertilizers, farm tools, and irrigation equipment to APST farmers. The state also participates in PMFBY crop insurance. A state-specific Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) component gives ₹5,000–₹10,000 annual support to small farmers for crop intensification. Key crops in Arunachal: rice, maize, millet, orange, kiwi, apple, ginger, large cardamom, and vegetables. Organic and natural farming is the dominant practice.

Arunachal Pradesh MGNREGS 2026 — ₹249/Day Guaranteed Rural Employment for APST Families | 100 Days/Year
Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) in Arunachal Pradesh provides guaranteed wage employment of 100 days per financial year to every rural household. The current wage rate in Arunachal Pradesh is ₹249 per day. Works include land development, water conservation, road construction, plantation, and infrastructure. Since most land in Arunachal is tribal community land, Village Council certification is accepted as valid land proof for asset creation works. APST families, women, and persons with disabilities get priority in job card issuance and work allocation.
Arunachal Pradesh Disability Pension Scheme 2026 — ₹1,000–₹1,500/Month for 40%+ Disabled Persons | IGNDPS
Run by the Social Welfare Department of Arunachal Pradesh, this disability pension puts a steady ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 every month into the hands of persons living with 40 percent or higher disability. The payout is a stacked one — the central Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) forms the base, and the Arunachal state government tops it up with its own supplement. Whether the disability is physical, visual, hearing-related, intellectual, or multiple in nature, the person may qualify. District Social Welfare Officers handle verification on the ground, which matters in a state where many beneficiaries live in scattered hill villages far from the district headquarters. The money reaches recipients through DBT, landing directly in an Aadhaar-linked bank account, and either a PRC or an APST certificate establishes the Arunachal residency the scheme asks for.
Arunachal Pradesh Tribal Welfare Development Fund 2026 — Livelihood + Education + Infrastructure for APST Communities
Arunachal Pradesh Tribal Welfare Development Fund supports the 26 major APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe) communities — including Adi, Nyishi, Apatani, Galo, Monpa, Tangsa, Wancho, Nocte, and others — through integrated interventions covering livelihood development, education support, infrastructure in tribal villages, and cultural preservation. Arunachal Pradesh participates in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana — Gramin (PMAY-G) with a state top-up component under the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme. BPL tribal families in Arunachal Pradesh are eligible for ₹2 lakh for construction of a pucca house — this is the hilly state rate under PMAY-G (higher than plains rate). The combined PMAY-G central + state share covers ₹1.30 lakh from Centre and ₹0.70 lakh from Arunachal Pradesh state. Since most land in Arunachal is tribal community land, Village Council certification is accepted as valid land ownership proof. Priority is given to APST BPL families, especially those without a pucca house.

The scheme extends and supplements Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) to cover families that are not on the PMJAY list, combining with the state's CMAAY (Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana). Together, these ensure universal health coverage for all Arunachal Pradesh domicile holders. Coverage includes secondary and tertiary care: cardiac surgery, cancer treatment, kidney dialysis, orthopaedic procedures, maternal and neonatal care, and trauma/polytrauma. PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) holders and APST certificate holders are eligible. No income limit — all Arunachal residents are covered.
Arunachal Pradesh One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme 2026 — Farmer Debt Waiver up to ₹1 Lakh | Agriculture Department
