What is Arunachal Free Coaching APST UPSC SSC?
The Arunachal Pradesh Free Coaching Scheme for APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe) students provides fully funded coaching for UPSC Civil Services, SSC (CGL/CHSL/MTS), Banking (IBPS PO/Clerk/SBI), NDA, and state-level APPSC examinations. APST students selected through a merit-cum-need test receive free classroom coaching at empanelled coaching institutes, along with monthly stipend (₹3,000-₹5,000), study material, and lodging assistance. The scheme is coordinated by the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe Finance and Development Corporation (APSTFDC) and the Higher and Technical Education Department. Priority is given to students from economically weaker families, remote districts, and first-generation government job aspirants. PRC and APST certificate are mandatory for enrollment.
