PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 (PMKVY 4.0) is the fourth phase of India's flagship skill training programme launched in 2022. It provides free short-term skill training in 220+ job roles across industry sectors to 1 crore youth. Trainees receive a National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)-linked certificate, ₹8,000 completion bonus, and placement support through top companies.
