PM Awas Yojana 2025 — Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana provides financial assistance for construction of pucca houses to homeless and kutcha house-dwelling families in rural and urban areas.
PMAY Urban 2.0 (2024) — Rs 2.30 Lakh Subsidy + 1 Crore New Urban Houses | pmaymis.gov.in
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0) was launched in August 2024 to build 1 crore affordable houses for urban poor and middle-class families over 5 years (2024-29) with a total outlay of Rs 10 lakh crore. The scheme provides interest subsidy (Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme — CLSS) up to Rs 2.30 lakh on home loans, beneficiary-led construction (BLC) assistance, and affordable housing in partnership. EWS/LIG/MIG families with annual income up to Rs 18 lakh are eligible.
