What is Arunachal Disability Pension?
Arunachal Pradesh Disability Pension provides monthly financial assistance of ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 to persons with 40% or more disability. The scheme combines the central Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) with an Arunachal Pradesh state supplement. Persons with physical, visual, hearing, intellectual, and multiple disabilities are eligible. The Social Welfare Department processes applications through District Social Welfare Officers. DBT is used for direct credit to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. APST certificate holders and PRC holders in Arunachal Pradesh are eligible.
