What is UP Shram Card?
UP Nirman Shramik Shramik Card (Labour Card) registration provides construction workers with scholarship for children, marriage assistance, housing benefit, pension, and accident insurance through UPBOCW board.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Children scholarship ₹4,000–₹22,000/year + ₹55,000 marriage assistance + housing + pension. The scheme was launched in 2009 and is implemented by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Who is Eligible for UP Shram Card?
- ✓ Construction worker (mason, carpenter, painter, plumber, helper, etc.)
- ✓ Must have worked in construction for minimum 90 days in last 12 months
- ✓ Age 18 to 60 years
- ✓ UP resident
- ✓ Not a member of ESIC or EPF
