What is UP Mukhyamantri Solar Pump Yojana?
UP Mukhyamantri Solar Pump Yojana is UP's implementation of PM-KUSUM Component B providing solar pumps of 2 HP to 10 HP capacity to farmers at heavily subsidized rates. Subsidy: 30% Central + 30% State = 60% total for general category farmers. For small/marginal and SC/ST farmers: up to 90% subsidy (farmer pays only 10%).
