What is HP Sukhashraya Yojana?
Mukhyamantri Sukhashraya Yojana is the way the Himachal Pradesh Women & Child Development Department steps in as a guardian for children who have lost their parents or been left without a family to care for them. Treating the state as a 'mother', the scheme wraps a complete support system around orphaned, destitute and abandoned children of HP — and around children of very low-income single parents.
