About this tribal welfare scheme
Himachal Pradesh Tribal Development Welfare Fund covers the four Special Sub-Plan (TSP) tribal areas of HP: Lahaul-Spiti (home of Lahaula and Bodhi people), Kinnaur (Kinnauri tribe), Pangi (Gaddi tribe), and Bharmour (Gaddi tribe). The fund provides integrated support for infrastructure (roads, bridges, drinking water in remote villages), livelihood development (yak/sheep husbandry, cold-arid horticulture, medicinal plants cultivation), education (tribal hostels, scholarships, computer training), and health (mobile health units in snow-bound areas). Special tribal scholarship ₹1,000-₹3,000/month for tribal students in hostels. HP Tribal Department administers under TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) guidelines.

हिमाचल प्रदेश जनजातीय विकास कल्याण निधि राज्य के चार जनजातीय उप-योजना (TSP) जिलों — लाहौल-स्पीति, किन्नौर, पांगी (चंबा) और भरमौर (चंबा) — में बुनियादी ढांचे, आजीविका, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के लिए विशेष निधि आवंटित करती है। जनजातीय छात्रों को सरकारी छात्रावास में ₹1,000-₹3,000/माह छात्रवृत्ति और ठंडे रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्र में बागवानी, याक और भेड़ पालन के लिए सब्सिडी दी जाती है।

पात्रता:
हिमाचल प्रदेश के जनजातीय उप-योजना क्षेत्र (लाहौल-स्पीति, किन्नौर, पांगी, भरमौर) का स्थायी निवासी, अनुसूचित जनजाति प्रमाण पत्र (HP प्राधिकरण से), HP अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र।
अर्ज कसा करावा:
जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय या ITDP (Integrated Tribal Development Project) कार्यालय में संपर्क करें, ST प्रमाण पत्र, HP निवास प्रमाण और आधार के साथ संबंधित योजना का आवेदन जमा करें।

- ✓ For scholarship: student in Class 6 and above, studying in HP government hostel/school
