What is HP HimCare Scheme?
HimCare is Himachal Pradesh's own health-insurance answer for everyone who falls outside Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY). Operated by the state's Health & Family Welfare Department through the HP State Bima Yojana portal, it gives an enrolled family up to ₹5 lakh of cashless hospitalisation cover each year at empanelled government and private hospitals.
