Nai Raah (New Path) is Himachal Pradesh's state skill development scheme for unemployed youth aged 18-35 years, offering free vocational training in industry-relevant trades (hospitality, IT/BPO, healthcare, automobile, retail, construction trades, and more) with ₹3,000/month stipend during training (3-12 months). The scheme is implemented through HP Skill Development Corporation (HPSDCORP) and 100+ empanelled training partners across HP. Post-training: job placement assistance and self-employment support. हिमाचल प्रदेश नई राह कौशल विकास योजना 18-35 वर्ष के बेरोजगार युवाओं को उद्योग-उपयुक्त व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण (Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, Automobile, Retail आदि) नि:शुल्क देती है और प्रशिक्षण के दौरान ₹3,000 प्रतिमाह का वजीफा भी मिलता है। SC/ST, BPL और जनजातीय क्षेत्र के युवाओं को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है। प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने के बाद नौकरी में सहायता भी दी जाती है।

पात्रता:
हिमाचल प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी, 18-35 वर्ष आयु, न्यूनतम 8वीं पास (trade अनुसार), बेरोजगार या कौशल उन्नयन के इच्छुक, SC/ST और BPL युवाओं को प्राथमिकता।
