Rajiv Gandhi Civil Abhayam is Tamil Nadu government's free civil services coaching scheme for students from economically weak families who aspire to crack UPSC (IAS/IPS/IFS) and Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations. Launched in 2022 by the DMK government, it provides free residential coaching at select coaching centres across Tamil Nadu — covering tuition fees, study materials, hostel accommodation, food, and a monthly stipend.
