Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance Scheme provides ₹1,000 per month stipend to girls from first-generation college-going families (parents are not college graduates) studying in Tamil Nadu government arts and science colleges, polytechnics, and government engineering colleges.
