What is WB Student Credit Card?
West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme, launched in June 2021, provides education loans up to Rs 10 lakh at just 4% annual interest to students pursuing higher education (Class 10 onwards). No collateral, no guarantor, no income limit. The state government acts as guarantor. Students can use the loan for tuition, hostel, books, laptop, and other education expenses. Over 1 lakh loans sanctioned since launch. Apply online at wbscc.wb.gov.in or through Duare Sarkar camps.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Education loan up to Rs 10 lakh at 4% annual interest — no collateral, no guarantor, no income limit. The scheme was launched in 2021 and is implemented by the Government of West Bengal.

पात्रता:
