What is Karnataka ePASS Scholarship?

Karnataka ePASS (Electronic Pass) scholarship system is the integrated digital platform operated by the Karnataka Backward Classes Welfare Department to administer post-matric scholarships for Backward Class (BC), Minority, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) students. ePASS provides free hostel accommodation, free tuition fees, exam fees, and maintenance allowance to merit-listed students from Class 11 to PG and PhD.
