What is Maharashtra Scholarship SC/ST/OBC?
Maharashtra Post-Matric Scholarship on MahaDBT covers tuition fee reimbursement, maintenance allowance (₹2,500/month for hostel, ₹1,000/month for day scholars), and exam fee for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/NT students studying in recognised institutions in Maharashtra.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Tuition fee reimbursement + ₹2,500/month maintenance (hostel) or ₹1,000/month (day scholar) + exam fee. The scheme was launched in 2017 and is implemented by the Government of Maharashtra.
