Maharashtra Economically Backward Classes (EBC) Tuition Fee + Examination Fee Reimbursement Scheme covers 100% tuition and exam fees for general category students from low-income families. Eligible courses: graduation, professional courses (engineering, medical, MBA, law). Family income ≤ ₹8 lakh. Apply via MahaDBT portal. Over 8 lakh students benefit annually.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive 100% tuition + exam fee reimbursement for Maharashtra general category EBC students (income ≤ ₹8 lakh). The scheme was launched in 2015 and is implemented by the Government of Maharashtra.
