LIFE (Livelihood Inclusion and Financial Empowerment) Mission is Kerala's flagship housing scheme launched in 2017 to provide free houses to homeless and landless families. Target: 3.5 lakh houses over 5 years. Beneficiaries include SC/ST families, coastal communities, tribal groups, and general poor who are landless or houseless.
