Mizoram Housing Board (MHB) Low-Income Housing Scheme provides affordable housing units to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) families in Mizoram's urban and semi-urban areas. MHB constructs subsidized apartment units in Aizawl and district headquarters towns, offering ₹2.5 lakh central + state subsidy under PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) Urban linkage.
