The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) Enterprise Scheme provides livelihood and enterprise seed funding of ₹50,000 to ₹3 lakh to tribal entrepreneurs in Meghalaya organized through Self-Help Groups, village enterprise clusters, and individual enterprises.
