Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana is the state's flagship self-employment scheme that provides loans up to ₹25 lakh with 25% subsidy (maximum ₹6.25 lakh subsidy) for youth to start business, service, manufacturing, or trade enterprises in Uttarakhand. The scheme targets educated unemployed youth and skill certificate holders for creating self-employment and generating employment for others.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Up to ₹25 lakh loan with 25% subsidy (max ₹6.25 lakh) for self-employment in Uttarakhand. The scheme was launched in 2015 and is implemented by the Government of Uttarakhand.

Who is Eligible for UK Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana?
- ✓ Permanent resident of Uttarakhand (domicile certificate mandatory)
- ✓ Age 18–45 years
- ✓ Minimum Class 8 pass (Class 10 for larger loan amounts above ₹10 lakh)
- ✓ Skill certificate holders and ITI/polytechnic graduates get priority
- ✓ Unemployed and not in regular government employment
- ✓ Not a loan defaulter with any bank/financial institution
- ✓ Must submit a viable project report / DPR (Detailed Project Report)

- 2मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना का आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करें
- 3प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट (DPR) तैयार करें — DIC staff सहायता करेगा
- 4आवेदन पत्र, DPR, आधार, domicile certificate, educational certificate, income proof और bank passbook जमा करें
