Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Welfare Board provides comprehensive welfare to registered construction workers in Uttarakhand: ₹3 lakh accident insurance, ₹1,500/month pension after 60 years, ₹1,000-₹5,000/month housing loan subsidy, maternity benefit ₹30,000 (female workers), children education scholarship ₹3,000-₹15,000/year, and medical assistance.
