What is Goa Agriculture Horticulture Scheme?
Goa Agriculture and Horticulture Department provides subsidy-based support to Goa farmers: 50% subsidy on cashew plantation rejuvenation (grafted cashew plants), 50% on coconut replanting, 50-75% subsidy on drip irrigation and sprinkler systems, 50% on polyhouse/shade net, and input subsidies for organic farming under Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY). Around 25,000 Goa farmers benefit annually. Apply at agri.goa.gov.in or horticulture.goa.gov.in.
