Assam Welfare of Plain Tribes & Backward Classes Department provides post-matric scholarships to SC and ST students from Class 11 onwards. Maintenance: ₹500/month Day Scholar (Class 11-12), ₹900/month Day Scholar (Degree/PG), ₹1,000/month Hosteller (Degree/Professional). Full tuition reimbursed. Income: ST ≤ ₹2.5 lakh; SC ≤ ₹2.5 lakh.
