What is Palanhar Yojana?
Rajasthan Palanhar Yojana provides monthly financial assistance to families who raise orphaned or destitute children to ensure their welfare, education, and nutrition.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Rs.1,500/month for children up to 5 years; Rs.2,500/month for age 6 to 18. The scheme was launched in 2005 and is implemented by the Government of Rajasthan.
पालनहार योजना राजस्थान सरकार की अनाथ और निराश्रित बच्चों के लिए विशेष सहायता योजना है जिसमें बच्चों के पालन-पोषण के लिए परिवार के किसी सदस्य या करीबी को पालनहार (संरक्षक) बनाया जाता है। 5 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों को ₹1,500 प्रति माह और 6 से 18 वर्ष के बच्चों को ₹2,500 प्रति माह की सहायता मिलती है। विधवा, विकलांग या कारावास में रहने वाले माता-पिता के बच्चे भी इस योजना के तहत लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

पात्रता:
राजस्थान निवासी अनाथ या निराश्रित बच्चे, विधवा/विकलांग/कारावासी माता-पिता के बच्चे, 5 वर्ष तक आंगनवाड़ी और 6-18 वर्ष स्कूल में नामांकित, पारिवारिक आय ₹1.20 लाख से कम।

नजदीकी e-Mitra कियोस्क या जिला सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग कार्यालय में जाएं। Aadhaar, बच्चे का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, माता-पिता की मृत्यु/विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र और आय प्रमाण पत्र साथ लाएं। sje.rajasthan.gov.in पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन भी कर सकते हैं।
