What is Mukhyamantri Kisan Sathi Yojana Rajasthan?
Mukhyamantri Kisan Sathi Yojana Rajasthan is a fully state-funded farmer accident insurance scheme providing ₹5 lakh death benefit to the family of a farmer who dies in an accident. For permanent full disability (loss of both limbs/eyes) ₹3 lakh is paid; for permanent partial disability (loss of one limb/eye) ₹1.5 lakh is paid. The scheme covers all farmers registered in Rajasthan with Jan Aadhaar, aged 5–70 years, who own or cultivate land. Application must be made within 30 days of the accident through the Tehsildar or Patwari. Launched in 2021 by merging and revamping older farmer accident schemes. No premium required — fully government-funded.
