What is Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana Rajasthan?
Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana Rajasthan provides monthly accommodation assistance to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/MBC students who are studying outside their home town at government or aided institutions in Rajasthan. SC/ST students receive ₹2,000 per month (₹20,000 per year for 10 months) and OBC/EWS/MBC/SBC students receive ₹1,500 per month (₹15,000 per year). Available for students studying in divisional headquarters or district headquarters cities. Family income limit is ₹2.5 lakh per year for SC/ST and ₹1.5 lakh per year for OBC/EWS categories. Launched in 2021-22 to reduce dropout rates by addressing accommodation costs for outstation students from marginalised communities.
