What is AP Navaratnalu Housing PMAY?
Andhra Pradesh's Navaratnalu (Nine Gems) flagship housing scheme provides free fully-constructed houses to BPL, SC/ST, and landless homeless families under PMAY-Gramin (rural) and PMAY-Urban convergence. Benefits: fully constructed house with 2 bedrooms + kitchen + toilet + electricity + water supply. Rural: central ₹1.20 lakh + state top-up ₹30,000 = ₹1.50 lakh total construction cost. Urban: PMAY-U with CLSS or EWS housing. AP government targets 30 lakh houses in 5 years. Identified through SECC data + Gram Panchayat surveys. Apply through Village/Ward Sachivalayam.
