Telangana BC Study Circles provide free residential coaching for UPSC, TSPSC Group I/II, Banking, and other competitive exams to Backward Class students, with free accommodation, food, study material, and ₹1,000/month stipend.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Free coaching + free hostel + food + ₹1,000/month stipend — BC/OBC students for UPSC/TSPSC. The scheme was launched in 2015 and is implemented by the Government of Telangana.
