Mo Ghara (My Home) is Odisha government's flagship housing scheme providing ₹1.30 lakh financial assistance to houseless and kutcha house families not covered under PMAY. Launched in 2024 by CM Mohan Majhi, it targets 45 lakh households across Odisha — the most ambitious state housing programme in Odisha's history.
