What is KALIA Yojana Odisha?
KALIA (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation) is Odisha's flagship farmer income support scheme providing ₹10,000 per year to small and marginal farmers in two instalments.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹10,000/year in 2 instalments (₹5,000 Kharif + ₹5,000 Rabi) to small/marginal farmers. The scheme was launched in 2019 and is implemented by the Government of Odisha.
