Nagaland Youth Employment Programme (NYEP) is the state government's flagship skill development and employment scheme providing free vocational training and a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 to unemployed youth aged 18–35. The programme covers IT, construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and agriculture-based trades through approved ITIs, polytechnics, and training partners. Placement assistance is provided after course completion.
