What is Nagaland IBDLP Tribal Enterprise?
The Nagaland Integrated Basin Development and Livelihoods Programme (IBDLP) Tribal Enterprise Scheme supports rural tribal entrepreneurs in Nagaland with livelihood grants and enterprise seed funding of ₹50,000 to ₹2 lakh for setting up micro-enterprises in agriculture, allied sectors, handicrafts, bamboo, and services. IBDLP is Nagaland's flagship integrated rural livelihoods programme implemented by the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM). The scheme focuses on basin-level planning — organizing tribal communities around river basins for integrated watershed, agriculture, and livelihood development.
