What is J&K Tejaswini Scheme?
The J&K Tejaswini Scheme provides ₹10,000 as a Revolving Fund (RF) to rural women Self Help Groups (SHGs) in Jammu & Kashmir, along with market linkage and livelihood enterprise support. The scheme empowers rural women by enabling access to micro-credit, business skill training, and connections to government procurement and melas. Operated under the J&K Rural Livelihoods Mission (JKRLM), it covers women in all 20 districts of J&K.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹10,000 Revolving Fund per SHG + market linkage + livelihood training + government procurement linkage for rural women. The scheme was launched in 2019 and is implemented by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.

Who is Eligible for J&K Tejaswini Scheme?
- ✓ Rural woman residing in Jammu & Kashmir (all 20 districts covered)
- ✓ Must be a member of a registered SHG under JKRLM (J&K Rural Livelihoods Mission)

- ✓ SHG must have been active for a minimum period with regular meetings and savings records
