Haryana Mukhyamantri Yuva Pratibha Protsahan Yojana (EWS Civil Service component) was officially announced by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on 8 April 2026 during a felicitation event for Haryana candidates who cleared the UPSC civil services exam.
