What is CM SAKSHAM Yojana Manipur?
CM SAKSHAM (Skill Acquisition & Knowledge Awareness for Manpower) Yojana is a flagship skill development and employment initiative run by the Department of Labour & Employment, Government of Manipur. Its goal is to make unemployed local youth job-ready through structured vocational training and then guide them into placement.
