About this student scheme
Mukhyamantri Bal Ashirwad Yojana is Madhya Pradesh government's flagship orphan child welfare scheme providing comprehensive support to children in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) and those who have left CCIs after turning 18. Two components: (1) Sponsorship — ₹4,000/month to orphan children aged 6-18 living in families or CCIs; (2) After Care — ₹5,000/month + vocational training to youth aged 18–21 who have left CCIs. Launched in 2022, the scheme ensures no orphan child goes without financial support. Additionally, NEET/JEE coaching support, internship allowances, and skill development assistance are provided to the After Care beneficiaries. Over 6,000 children and youth benefit across MP.

Which students qualify
- ✓ Sponsorship Component: Orphan child aged 6–18, residing with guardian/relative or in CCI, not getting other central support
