What is MP Nishulk Dialysis Yojana?
Madhya Pradesh Nishulk Dialysis Yojana provides free haemodialysis to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) at government district hospitals, medical colleges, and empanelled private dialysis centres across MP. With 60+ free dialysis centres in all districts, patients can receive 3 sessions per week as per standard protocol. Medicines, consumables, and dialysis fluid used during sessions are also covered. No income limit — both BPL and APL residents of MP are eligible. The scheme was launched in 2016 under the CM Jan Seva (formerly Deen Dayal) health programme.

नजदीकी जिला अस्पताल में Nephrology OPD में जाएं। Doctor prescription, kidney reports, Aadhaar और domicile certificate के साथ Dialysis Unit में पंजीकरण करें।

Who is Eligible for MP Nishulk Dialysis Yojana?
- ✓ MP resident patient diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 5 or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) requiring haemodialysis
- ✓ Permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh — Aadhaar or domicile certificate required
- ✓ No income limit — both BPL and APL patients are eligible
- ✓ Must have a nephrologist/doctor's prescription recommending dialysis
- ✓ Registration at the dialysis centre of the district hospital or empanelled centre
- ✓ Ayushman Bharat / PM-JAY / CMHIS beneficiaries can also avail this in addition to their scheme

How to Apply for MP Nishulk Dialysis Yojana Online?
- 1नजदीकी जिला अस्पताल (District Hospital) में Nephrology / Medicine OPD में जाएं
- 2Nephrologist / physician की prescription और kidney function tests (creatinine, eGFR) लेकर आएं
- 3जिला अस्पताल का Dialysis Unit / free dialysis scheme desk पर पंजीकरण करें
- 4Aadhaar, domicile और doctor prescription जमा करें
- 5Registration card / Patient ID मिलेगा — इससे नियमित sessions schedule होंगे
- 6यदि जिला अस्पताल में capacity नहीं, तो empanelled private dialysis centre पर refer किया जाएगा — वहाँ भी मुफ्त
- 7नजदीकी empanelled private centre की list health.mp.gov.in या जिला CMHO कार्यालय से प्राप्त करें
- 8Sessions: Standard protocol — सप्ताह में 3 बार (Monday, Wednesday, Friday या alternate days)
