What is MP e-Uparjan MSP Portal?
MP e-Uparjan is Madhya Pradesh's official portal for farmer registration for procurement of agricultural produce at Minimum Support Price (MSP). Farmers register at mpeuparjan.nic.in to sell wheat (Rabi), paddy, and other crops at MSP. After registration, farmers get a token/slot for procurement centre visit, and payment is made directly to bank account via DBT. MP is one of India's top wheat and soybean producing states — lakhs of farmers register each season.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive Guaranteed MSP for wheat/paddy/soybean — direct bank payment via DBT after procurement. The scheme was launched in 2012 and is implemented by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
