Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (MYSY) is Gujarat Government's flagship higher education assistance scheme for economically weaker students. Launched in 2015, it provides fee reimbursement up to ₹2 lakh per year for students from families with annual income up to ₹6 lakh (EWS/General category) securing 80%+ in Class 10 or 65%+ in Class 12. The scheme covers professional courses — engineering, medical, pharmacy, architecture, MBA, MCA, nursing, and diploma.
