What is Tripura Rubber Plantation Support?
Tripura Rubber Plantation Development Scheme provides 50% subsidy for new rubber plantation development and replanting of old and uneconomical rubber gardens. India's second largest natural rubber producer after Kerala, Tripura has over 90,000 rubber farmers. The scheme is jointly implemented by the Rubber Board of India and the Agriculture Department, Government of Tripura.
