Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) provides ₹2 lakh to BPL rural families in Meghalaya, including Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo tribal households, for constructing a permanent (pucca) house. The amount is released in installments as construction progresses and is linked with MGNREGA wages (₹90.95/day for 90 days) and SBM toilet support (₹12,000). BPL rural household in Meghalaya. Name must be in SECC-2011 data or Awaas+ survey list. Must be homeless or living in kutcha/dilapidated house. Should not own a pucca house anywhere in India.
