What is Meghalaya Disability Pension Scheme?
Meghalaya Disability Pension Scheme (converged with IGNDPS) provides ₹1,000–₹1,500 per month to persons with 40% or more disability who are BPL and permanent residents of Meghalaya. This includes members of Khasi, Jaintia, Garo, and other tribal communities living with disabilities. Apply at the District Social Welfare Office or Block Development Officer (BDO) office with a disability certificate from the District Medical Board.
