What is Ladakh TSP Scholarship?
The Ladakh Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) Scholarship is a flagship education support scheme for Scheduled Tribe students domiciled in the Union Territory of Ladakh. Under this scheme, eligible ST students pursuing school or higher education receive ₹12,000 per year to cover tuition fees, books, and boarding expenses. The scheme is administered by the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Priority is given to students from remote villages in Leh and Kargil districts who would otherwise drop out due to financial hardship.
