What is Maiya Samman Yojana JH?
Mukhyamantri Maiya Samman Yojana is Jharkhand government's flagship women welfare scheme launched in August 2024 by CM Hemant Soren providing ₹2,500 per month directly to eligible women aged 18–50 years via DBT. Previously the amount was ₹1,000/month; it was increased to ₹2,500 in 2024. Over 47 lakh women across Jharkhand are enrolled. The scheme targets women from BPL and low-income families who are not government employees.
