How to Apply for Ayushman Vay Vandana Card

Method 1: Online (Self-Apply)

1. Visit beneficiary.nha.gov.in
2. Click on "Am I Eligible"
3. Enter your mobile number and Aadhaar number
4. Enter OTP to verify
5. If eligible, click "Download Card"

Method 2: Via PMJAY App

1. Download Ayushman Bharat app from Play Store / App Store
2. Login with your Aadhaar-linked mobile
3. Select "Vay Vandana Card" option
4. Verify OTP and download your card

Method 3: Nearest Hospital / CSC / Ayushman Mitra

1. Walk into any government hospital with Ayushman Mitra counter
2. Carry Aadhaar card (original)
3. Ayushman Mitra will verify and print your card on the spot
