What is UP Vridha Pension SSPY?
Uttar Pradesh Old Age Pension (Vridha Pension) provides ₹1,000 per month to senior citizens aged 60 and above from BPL and lower-income households. The pension is transferred quarterly (₹3,000 every 3 months) via DBT directly to the beneficiary's Aadhaar-linked bank account. Over 50 lakh senior citizens receive this pension in UP.
