About this student scheme
Delhi Mukhya Mantri Free Coaching Scheme (also called 'Jai Bhim Mukhya Mantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana') provides FREE quality coaching to SC, ST, OBC, and Minority students of Delhi for competitive exams — UPSC Civil Services, IIT-JEE, NEET, CAT, Bank PO/Clerk, SSC, CLAT, NDA, RAILWAY. Coaching is conducted at top private institutes (Akash, Vajiram & Ravi, Career Launcher, FIITJEE, etc.) — empanelled by Delhi government. Students pay nothing for coaching, study material, or test series. Plus ₹2,500/month stipend during coaching duration. Annual budget ₹100+ crore.

delhi.gov.in या sc-obc coaching portal पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें। जाति प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण, आय प्रमाण पत्र, शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र और Aadhaar अपलोड करें। चयनित विद्यार्थियों को आवंटित संस्थान की सूचना मिलेगी।
