Coaching is conducted at top private institutes (Akash, Vajiram & Ravi, Career Launcher, FIITJEE, etc.) — empanelled by Delhi government. Students pay nothing for coaching, study material, or test series. Plus ₹2,500/month stipend during coaching duration. Annual budget ₹100+ crore.
