Delhi Doorstep Delivery of Services scheme allows Delhi residents to access over 100 government services at their doorstep by calling the helpline 1076. A Mobile Sahayak (government-appointed mobile assistant) visits the home, collects documents, fills forms, and submits applications on the applicant's behalf for a nominal fee of ₹50 per service. Services include caste certificate, income certificate, domicile certificate, driving licence, ration card, and many more.
