About this loan / financial scheme
The Puducherry Kalaignar Anna Marumalarchi Scheme provides free essential food commodities — including rice, dal (lentils), sugar, edible oil, and other items — through the Public Distribution System (PDS) to BPL (Below Poverty Line) and NFSA-covered families in Puducherry. Under the scheme, eligible BPL families receive subsidised/free ration at fair price shops every month. The scheme is an extension of state welfare efforts on top of the central Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) which provides 5 kg free rice/wheat per person per month.

पुडुचेरी कलाइज्ञर अन्ना मरुमालर्ची योजना BPL और NFSA परिवारों को PDS (सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली) के माध्यम से मुफ्त / सब्सिडी वाला राशन — चावल, दाल, चीनी, खाद्य तेल और अन्य आवश्यक वस्तुएं — हर महीने fair price shop पर देती है।

புதுச்சேரி கலைஞர் அன்னா மறுமலர்ச்சி திட்டம் வறுமைக் கோட்டிற்கு கீழ் (BPL) மற்றும் NFSA குடும்பங்களுக்கு பொது விநியோக முறை (PDS) மூலம் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் இலவச / மானியத்தில் அத்தியாவசிய உணவுப் பொருட்கள் வழங்குகிறது — அரிசி, பருப்பு, சர்க்கரை, சமையல் எண்ணெய் உட்பட. நியாய விலை கடையில் ration card மற்றும் Aadhaar biometric authentication மூலம் பொருட்கள் பெறலாம்.
📌 फायदा: BPL/NFSA குடும்பங்களுக்கு மாதாந்திர இலவச/மானிய அரிசி, பருப்பு, சர்க்கரை, எண்ணெய். நியாய விலை கடை மூலம் ePoS Aadhaar authentication-ல் பெறலாம்.
पात्रता:
புதுச்சேரியில் BPL / NFSA ration card வைத்திருக்கும் குடும்பங்கள். Aadhaar-linked ration card கட்டாயம். AAY card வைத்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு அதிகப்படியான பயன் கிடைக்கும்.
अर्ज कसा करावा:
புதிய BPL ration card-க்கு civilsupplies.py.gov.in-ல் அல்லது Civil Supplies Department-ல் விண்ணப்பிக்கவும். Aadhaar seeding-க்கு Fair Price Shop-ல் பதிவு செய்யவும். ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் Fair Price Shop-ல் biometric authentication மூலம் rations பெறவும்.
